Rates

$240 for 60-min initial individual intake session

$220 for 45-minute individual sessions

$350 for 60-minute couple and family sessions

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar, Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield

Clients covered under these insurances are only responsible for their corresponding copayment.

Out-of-Network Coverage

Clients whose insurance plans cover services by out-of-network providers may be able to receive partial reimbursement. I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept electronic deposit, cash, and check.

Cancellation Policy

I request 48 hours advanced notice for cancellations without which I will charge a $100 late cancellation fee. I may sometimes be able to reschedule a session ‘cancelled late’ within the same week. Only in these rare cases I will not charge you for the missed session.
