Alejandra has been the first therapist to make me comfortable with sharing my life story and challenges. She is a great listener, thoughtful, extremely caring, and provides me with the reflections I need about myself and my life. She also provides me with tools to manage my anxiety.

Our sessions are very engaging and helpful. She challenges me with important reflections and questions to consider after sessions.

My self awareness and self love have increased significantly, and she has helped me feel empowered. I see the world and my life in a very different light.

Alejandra is great! I was SUPER skeptical about therapy for years, but after doing my research, I finally decided to give it a try. I took a chance with Alejandra, with the expectation that I was going to have to try a few therapists before I found one I liked, but I was so wrong! I don't even want to find anyone else, because she has made me feel so comfortable, is a great listener, and really remembers everything we speak about for each session. Dr. Valdiviezo has what is the most important to me: ability to listen with empathy, objectivism and what seemed a sincere interest and concern . She was open to our ideas and respectful for our thoughts, gave us space to draw our own conclusions, and then suggested some techniques and tools to deal better with some issues my husband and I had. Alejandra has a sense of humor similar to ours ,which helped defuse the tension when it grew during heated discussions between me and my other half. Also, if this is not crazy to mention, she is a beautiful and warm woman whose presence makes the room...beautiful and warm.
